The object of this forum is not to specialise, well not too much. 
For some years I have looked for a general chit chat forum, where people can come and go as they please where there is no interrogation when joining, and no censorship of posts. There are certain legal requirements such as a valid e-mail address, and rules of forum which are nothing but common sense. In short a total interactive experience,
Everyone is a newcomer to forums (fora) at sometime so a quick word of advice may be in order. Be careful about displaying your e-mail or physical address, this can lead to unwanted junk mail (spam) or a visit to your home by unsavoury people. If you wish to contact a poster use the Private Message (PM) facility which is built into these boards. On sign up study all the buttons carefully to ensure you do not display things you don’t want to. You can always change things later by going to modify your profile.
All your information given at signup is held on a secure database.
Being a general forum posters are encouraged to provide a link to their favourite specialised forum, and should anyone wish for a board of a different nature to be included please say so under general or by PM to me.
These boards are for current, ex or aspiring Congleton people of all ages. Vigorous debate is encouraged but unjust or snide comment is unwelcome. Every effort has been made to keep the use as user friendly as possible to encourage all skill levels.
Cutting and pasting only clogs things up, so please don't do it, rather link to another forum, article or webpage.
